Job purpose

The Cybersecurity & Product Security Training Project Lead supports the development and delivery of engaging cybersecurity and product security training initiatives through content creation, storytelling, learner experience ideation, and project coordination. Working closely with subject matter experts and learning partners, the role helps create impactful and engaging learning experiences while ensuring effective stakeholder alignment, follow-up, and timely delivery of training programs.

Key responsibilities

  • Learning Experience & Content Development
  • Coordinate with cybersecurity and product security subject matter experts to collect, structure, and validate training inputs aligned with evolving threats, standards, and business priorities.
  • Shape engaging, innovative, and impactful learning experiences through storytelling, training narratives, scripts, scenarios, quizzes, and learner journeys that drive learner engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Ensure content accuracy, relevance, consistency, and timely updates by facilitating reviews, consolidating feedback, and following up on required actions.
  • Connect with learning academies, vendors, creative studio and platform teams to leverage existing capabilities, templates, standards, and learning design support where relevant
  • Project Coordination & Delivery
  • Coordinate the development, review, deployment, and maintenance of training initiatives across internal and third-party learning platforms.
  • Manage timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, dependencies, and follow-up actions to support smooth execution of training projects.
  • Maintain structured tracking of training activities, decisions, risks, and action plans to ensure transparency and progress.
  • Facilitate alignment between experts, learning partners, vendors, platform teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Training Operations & Reporting
  • Monitor training completion, engagement, compliance, and other relevant program metrics across learning platforms
  • Maintain training records, documentation, and evidence required for reporting, governance, and audit purposes.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams and partners to leverage existing analytics and reporting capabilities, monitor program performance, and translate insights into actions and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Support regular reporting and stakeholder updates by consolidating information, preparing inputs, and ensuring follow-up on key insights.
  • Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
  • Identify opportunities to improve training processes, learner experience, stakeholder coordination, and program effectiveness.
  • Support scalability by connecting with existing tools, standards, automation opportunities, AI-enabled practices, and learning ecosystem capabilities where relevant.
  • Collaborate with experts, learning academies, vendors, platform teams, and other partners to continuously enhance impact.

  • Basic reporting and data tracking skill
  • Nice to have: exposure to digital learning platforms or instructional design practices

Education

Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Education, Communication, Learning & Development, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • First experience in training management, learning & development or cybersecurity communications
  • Exposure to working with cross-functional stakeholders and coordinating deliverables across teams
  • Experience with digital learning platforms, e-learning tools, reporting, or vendor coordination is an advantage
