Cardinal Health, a global leader in healthcare innovation, is seeking a Senior Analyst to handle requests for new ServiceNow reports or dashboards, work on incidents relating to possible server reporting issues or assistance in understanding reports and train people in how to use the generated dashboards.
As part of the Data Analysts Team, you will help to:
- Handle new reports or dashboards requests.
- Work on incidents relating to possible dashboard concerns.
- Work on incidents relating to questions on generated reports.
- Train people how to use the generated dashboards.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in ServiceNow Platform Analytics, Google Looker and Tableau dashboards, preferred.
- Experience with SQL, data modeling and data integration.
- Experience developing executive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards and operational reporting.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders, gather requirements and communicate analytical insights to leadership.
- Experience applying AI/Generative AI technologies to analytics, reporting automation, insight generation, and data-driven decision-making.
