About the Department:

The Client Data Services (CDS) team is a strategic data function within Enterprise Data Analytics that directly enables revenue growth, client engagement, and better decision-making through trusted data. The team delivers high-quality, governed client datasets that power sales strategy, analytics, and distribution intelligence across the firm. CDS operates as a cross-functional team combining data engineers, software engineers, and analysts who partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and business stakeholders. Work is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and outcome-driven. Joining this team provides the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale data platforms, modern cloud technologies, and AI-enabled workflows, while continuously building technical depth and business context.

How You Will Add Value ?

Core Responsibilities:

  • You will build and own data products.
  • You will develop and optimize data processing.
  • You will improve pipeline performance and manage cost.
  • You will partner with stakeholders on scalable solutions.
  • You will ensure data quality and governance.
  • You will troubleshoot issues and drive resolution.
  • You will implement testing and CI/CD pipelines.
  • You will define and enforce data/API contracts.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role ?

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience designing and building enterprise data pipelines and platforms.

Technical Skills:

  • SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling.
  • AWS and relational/distributed databases.
  • Python and/or Spark.
  • Data pipeline tools.
  • Control-M or Airflow.
  • BusinessObjects or similar BI tools.
  • Git, CI/CD, observability, and monitoring.

Soft Skills:

  • Communicate complex data concepts clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Influence decisions across teams.

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
