We are seeking a hands-on Issuance Leakage Analytics Lead to identify and quantify lost issuance opportunities across the customer acquisition and application journey. The role will focus on uncovering leakage points throughout marketing funnels, customer journeys, underwriting pathways, and demand generation processes to drive growth in originated accounts and funded volume. The ideal candidate possesses strong funnel analytics expertise, web analytics experience, and a consulting mindset capable of moving from problem identification to actionable business recommendations.

Work Location: San Francisco, CA Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office) Salary Range: $130K/Yr - $150K/Yr Base + Annual Bonus

Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications.
