Full description
Our Software Consulting business is experiencing strong growth, and we are currently looking for a proactive and visionary QA Lead to develop software testing and quality assurance capabilities for our customers.
YOUR ROLE
As a QA Lead, you will work on a variety of customer projects within our industrial sector accounts. You will become part of our Special Forces team, which supports our software development projects by providing top-level expertise ranging from testing and design to DevOps and infrastructure.
In this role, you will create and develop a comprehensive quality assurance vision for our customers, starting from a strategic level that can encompass multiple teams. You will coordinate testing activities and quality processes, as well as create and execute test plans for customer projects. You will identify critical functionalities that require testing, challenge existing development practices, and assess which tests should be performed manually and which should be automated. Your primary focus will be on improving the quality of software projects and products by implementing testing best practices.
Although this is a QA Lead role, we also expect you to be capable of taking a hands-on approach when needed. You will actively participate in project work by building end-to-end test solutions covering security, performance, and other quality requirements.
You will work closely and directly with our customers, from identifying their needs to creating and presenting solutions. Because we build long-term customer relationships, you will also have the opportunity to see the tangible impact of your work.
The role offers a great deal of variety, as you will work in different environments and collaborate with various stakeholders. You will have both freedom and responsibility, along with a genuine opportunity to influence, grow, learn, and develop.
You can be based at either our Tampere (Finlayson) or Espoo office, both conveniently located. We hope that you will be able to work at our customer's premises in Tampere approximately one day per week when possible. Remote work is also supported. The team's home base is Tampere, and we typically gather at the office on Thursdays.
The salary range for this position is approximately 5,000-6,000€ per month, depending on your experience and expertise. We hope you can start in the role during the autumn.

· Comprehensive employee benefits. As part of a successful and financially stable company, you will enjoy a wide range of benefits, including:
Lunch, sports, culture, and wellbeing benefits, free office parking, comprehensive occupational healthcare, leisure-time accident insurance, employee fund and a collective performance-based bonus model.
In addition, we regularly organize social events and informal gatherings for our employees.
