We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to assess, size, and enable the use of critical environments in expansion or improvement scenarios, defining the most appropriate technical and physical characteristics to meet team needs — optimizing resource utilization and ensuring operational standards — while also executing deployment projects for new teams and/or environments in accordance with established technical specifications.

You will plan and approve the task schedules for deployments, ensuring alignment with the company's change management processes, and will oversee onboarding activities while guaranteeing that occupational safety requirements are met.

- Coordinating logistics for electrical, mechanical, civil, structured cabling, and systems deployments, evaluating and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Developing structured and clear RFPs (Requests for Proposal) or quote requests to be sent to vendors, specifying project scope and technical requirements in accordance with expansion or improvement needs and stakeholder inputs.
- Requesting and technically defining the materials and equipment required for infrastructure projects, and monitoring established delivery timelines.

- Coordinating and supervising project and contract execution — including analysts — ensuring that contracted activities and services meet established quality, safety, and technical standards for electrical, mechanical, civil, structured cabling, and systems work.
- Performing critical analyses of projects, requests, and infrastructure usage, identifying non-conformities to prevent future incidents or issues that could compromise service quality.
- Coordinating infrastructure occupancy, evaluating impacts to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Creating and maintaining up-to-date project documentation (as-built drawings, calculation reports, etc.) for audit and future reference purposes.
- Training and guiding analysts on more complex demands, building their capabilities in line with current practices, and interpreting and explaining applicable standards and regulations to team members.
- Preparing and managing internal policies and procedures related to the team's activities.
- Monitoring and ensuring that the team's operational indicators remain within established targets and OKRs.
- Supporting teams by clarifying doubts, providing information, and delivering technical support when needed.
- Technically interviewing candidates, monitoring and participating in onboarding activities for new team members, and ensuring occupational safety requirements are met.

- Intermediate English proficiency.
- AutoCAD — intermediate level.
- Microsoft Office — intermediate level.
Nice to have
- Leadership experience — ability to guide, mentor, and develop analysts and junior team members.
- Collaborative mindset and strong cross-functional communication skills.
- Nonconformist, questioning, and innovative approach to problem-solving.
