DevOps Engineer
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia Work Mode: Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to ensure the reliability, automation, and scalability of our cloud and production platforms, collaborating with product and development teams to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application releases
• Administer and secure Linux servers in production and staging environments
• Manage containerised workloads using Docker and orchestration tools
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration (Infrastructure as Code)
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting for production systems
• Collaborate with developers on deployment standards, security, and release quality
• Continuously improve platform reliability, cost efficiency, and operational processes
Requirements
Must-have:
• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science or an equivalent Computer Science degree
• 3–7 years of relevant DevOps, SRE, or Linux operations experience
• Hands-on Linux system administration experience (Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar)
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
• Hands-on cloud experience on AWS or Azure
• Strong scripting skills with Bash and/or Python
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK is preferred
Nice-to-have:
• Kubernetes experience in production environments is preferred
• Experience with Terraform is preferred
• Basic networking and security hardening skills are preferred
• Experience supporting internal engineering teams or platform/SRE functions is preferred
Education:
• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science or an equivalent Computer Science degree
