What you do

  • Manage account receivables billing and receipting, ensuring invoices are billed accurately and receipts posted timely, and follow up on tenants’ arrears.
  • Manage account payables, process vendor invoice and settled payment within stipulated timeframes. Ensuring adherence to internal financial authority limit and expense policies.
  • Identify and resolve issues arising from day-to-day operations, and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls.
  • Support process improvement initiatives through the review and enhancement of financial processes, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and operational efficiency.
  • Ad-hoc Finance projects

Who you are

  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in finance operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Experience with financial systems and processes, including accounting and reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including finance, operations, risk and compliance teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
