Product Designer

We’re looking for a Product Designer who wants real ownership. You’ll shape the experience of our cloud-native SaaS platform, evolve our design system and turn complex workflows into experiences that feel simple and intuitive.

You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering, move quickly from idea to prototype, validate concepts with users and see your work make it into the product.

You’ll have a visible impact on how thousands of professionals use Harmoney every day.From complex onboarding and compliance workflows to new AI-powered experiences, you’ll help define how our product looks, feels and behaves. You’ll own and evolve our design system, raise the bar for consistency and usability, and use rapid prototyping to test ideas before we build them.This is a hands-on role with plenty of room to shape how design works at Harmoney.

↳ 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨’𝗟𝗟 𝗗𝗢

✦ Own and evolve our design system in Figma, aligned with PrimeNG

✦ Design intuitive experiences across onboarding, KYC, CLM, TPRM and HarmonAI

✦ Turn complex workflows and data into clear, simple interfaces

✦ Rapidly prototype and validate ideas using tools such as Claude, v0, Bolt, Make or Framer AI

✦ Work closely with Angular developers to bring designs into production

✦ Gather user feedback and conduct lightweight UX research

✦ Help build our audience-capture practice together with Product

✦ Continuously improve usability, consistency, accessibility and visual quality across the platform

◇ 𝗬𝗢𝗨’𝗟𝗟 𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘 𝗜𝗙 𝗬𝗢𝗨…

› Have 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design or a similar role, ideally in SaaS or B2B

› Are highly proficient in Figma, including components, variants, design systems and design tokens

› Have experience rapidly prototyping and validating ideas, ideally using AI-powered tools

› Understand component-based front-end systems, ideally Angular and PrimeNG

› Enjoy working closely with developers and Product in short development cycles

› Have a strong eye for visual design, typography, spacing and hierarchy

› Know how to simplify complex information and workflows without losing depth

› Communicate clearly and enjoy challenging ideas constructively› Are fluent in English

＋ 𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘

› Experience with data-heavy or workflow-driven SaaS products

› Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 AA and the European Accessibility Act

› Experience designing multilingual and locale-aware interfaces

› Experience in FinTech, compliance or enterprise software
