ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead global brand implementation and regulatory governance programmes. In this role, you will manage complex, multi-geography brand rollout initiatives, oversee packaging, labelling, trademark and branding compliance across diverse markets, and ensure flawless execution of global brand strategy.
You will coordinate across regional teams, navigate regulatory requirements, manage stakeholder alignment, and deliver comprehensive brand implementation programmes with precision. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and deliver large-scale global brand implementation programmes across multiple markets
- Manage packaging, labelling, trademark and regulatory compliance processes across geographies
- Develop and execute comprehensive programme plans with robust governance and quality assurance
- Coordinate across regional and functional teams to ensure consistent brand rollout
- Manage regulatory and compliance risks related to brand, packaging and labelling requirements
- Drive stakeholder alignment across commercial, legal, regulatory and operational functions
- Provide executive reporting on programme progress, risks and compliance status
- Establish and maintain brand governance frameworks and guidelines across the organisation
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex cross-functional programmes in global organisations
- Strong programme and project management capabilities, including planning, governance, reporting and milestone delivery
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and critical path activities across multiple workstreams
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse business functions
- Strong communication, facilitation and executive reporting skills
- Experience delivering programmes within dynamic, regulated business environments
- Ability to balance strategic objectives with operational execution and compliance requirements
- Experience working across multiple geographies and stakeholder groups
- Strong problem-solving capability and ability to manage ambiguity
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, operational or regulated business environments
- Project Management certification: PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 Practitioner, or MSP (Managing Successful Programmes)
- Proven experience managing global brand implementation, rebranding or brand modernisation programmes
- Deep knowledge of packaging, labelling, trademark, or regulatory governance processes
- Experience navigating multi-market regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks
