NVR, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Customer Finance team on site in Pittsburgh, PA.

Summary 

As a Business Analyst, you will partner with our Mortgage and Title teams and our engineering team to define requirements, support delivery, and improve business processes and outcomes. You will translate needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, support testing and rollout, and help drive adoption and measurable value.

 Key Job Responsibilities 

  • Partner with teammates and stakeholders to document processes, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that support business goals. 
  • Lead conversations with stakeholders to understand needs, confirm priorities, and help shape practical solutions. 
  • Create clear project materials such as process maps, scope notes, meeting summaries, and stakeholder updates. 
  • Support delivery through reviews, testing, and rollout preparation, including checking AI-assisted work when used. 
  • Build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and help teams improve through measurable results and feedback. 

Job Qualifications 

  • Relevant education, experience, or a combination of both. 
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to turn business needs into clear next steps. 
  • Familiarity with process improvement, root cause analysis, testing support, change enablement, and practical AI use in business workflows. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment; experience with Agile or hybrid delivery and collaboration tools is a plus.
