  • Estimated annual base pay: $85,000 - $110,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Leading the development of financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for the organization. Analyzing financial data and creating financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Business Performance Analysis: Conducting analysis of key business performance metrics, including revenue, profit margins, and operating expenses. Providing insights and recommendations to senior management on business performance improvement opportunities.
  • Financial Reporting: Preparing regular financial reports and dashboards to provide senior management with a clear understanding of the organization's financial performance. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Investment Analysis: Evaluating investment opportunities, assessing risk, and making recommendations to senior management on potential investments.
  • Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and external partners. Providing financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization.

  • Financial Analysis: Expertise in financial analysis and modeling, including the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, analyze business trends, and develop insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Business Acumen: In-depth knowledge of the company's business, industry, and market trends, including a deep understanding of financial performance drivers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software, Excel, and other analytical tools.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, including working with stakeholders across the organization.
