About this opportunity:
We at Ericsson are excited to present this opportunity for a Network Operations Engineer. This role is critical to our operations, filled with responsibilities that aim to ensure our customers continuously enjoy services performing at utmost efficiency.
What you will do:
- Monitor network alarms, events, and KPIs.
- Perform incident analysis and troubleshooting.
- Register and manage incidents.
- Escalate incidents according to procedures.
- Support major incidents and maintenance activities.
- Produce operational reports.
- Contribute to process improvements.
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- Knowledge of telecom technologies and OSS tools.
- Understanding of incident management.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
