Position: Senior Project Manager (Product Development & Engineering)

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of medium to large, complex projects, ensuring scope, timeline, cost, quality, and risk are managed effectively.
  • Planning, tracking, and reporting project progress, including budget control, risk mitigation, stage gates, and issue resolution.
  • Defining project scope, ownership, and timelines within the Project-Line operating model in collaboration with Line Managers.
  • Building, leading, and motivating cross-functional, multicultural project teams to deliver results aligned with business priorities.
  • Proactively managing internal and external stakeholders through clear, tailored, and consistent communication.
  • Driving continuous improvement of project management practices, sharing lessons learned, and supporting competence development within the organization.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory, quality, and design control requirements and closing projects with full documentation and knowledge transfer.

Skills and experience you will need in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and professional experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects in a structured environment.
  • Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) with strong knowledge of PM methodologies, tools, and governance models.
  • Experience delivering long-term projects across multiple line organizations, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with experience coaching, mentoring, and guiding project managers and team members.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to influence and build trust at all organizational levels.
