DESCRIPTION:

Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Quality Specialist (QA Support) and contribute to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

In this role, you will support manufacturing operations and assigned Value Stream (VS) by ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, internal Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, and relevant international regulatory and customer requirements.

Working closely with cross-functional Value Stream teams, you will help maintain product and process quality, support investigations and CAPA activities, participate in audits and validation activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.  

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree with no prior experience, or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing, quality assurance, or related GMP environment
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related scientific field
  • Knowledge of ISO standards (9001/13485), and international regulatory requirements
  • Technical writing and documentation skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Experience with quality management systems and documentation (TrackWise, Master Control, or equivalent) would be beneficial
  • Experience in deviation investigations, CAPA, change control, and root cause analysis would be beneficial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary

€1,983 – €2,970 gross/month

The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, and competencies.

Compensation

The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €1 983,33–€2 970,83.
