Nord Gas Solutions is seeking an energetic and people-oriented Resource Manager to support our Process Control Engineering team across our global engineering hubs. Reporting to the General Manager Engineering in Project Delivery, you will play a key role in developing organizational capability, managing resource allocation, and ensuring the department has the competencies and capacity to meet current and future business needs. You will work closely with Resource Management group in Engineering, projects and products, to ensure effective utilization of resources across projects, product development, commissioning, service, and strategic initiatives across marine and onshore segments. You will also support the effective use of internal and external resources, contributing to workforce planning and coordination to support efficient project execution. Regular travel between locations will be required.
- Experience in resource management, engineering management or operational leadership.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, competency management, recruitment, and organizational development.
- Understanding of automation and control systems or related disciplines is an advantage.
- Familiarity with engineering project execution and lifecycle support.
- Experience in international and cross-functional environments.
- Strong analytical, planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

- Follow up on readiness and identify gaps (e.g. planning, responsibilities), driving actions to resolve them.
- Step in as needed to support engineers and teams when coordination or capacity challenges impact delivery.
- Maintain alignment and transparency across functions to support smooth and reliable execution.
