Location: Greater London House, London or Reed House, Norwich

 Salary: £30,264 to £37,830 per annum (London) / £27,680 to £34,599 per annum (National)

 Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We have an exciting and new opportunity to join our Procurement team, working as a Data Analyst. You’ll provide accurate, timely, and meaningful data insights that will enable informed decision‑making across the Procurement function. You’ll ensure that compliance, spend, supplier, and performance data is collated, analysed, and translated into clear intelligence to support operational efficiency and strategic supplier management.

About you

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable working knowledge of data analysis techniques, including the ability to interpret, cleanse and structure data to produce meaningful insight.

  • In‑depth proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups and data manipulation functions suitable for analytical work.
  • Ability to present data clearly and accurately through reports, charts or dashboards, ensuring stakeholders can understand trends, risks and performance indicators.
  • Working knowledge of procurement, contract management or commercial data, sufficient to understand and interpret compliance, spend and supplier activity information.

This is a hybrid role based in our Greater London House, London or Reed House, Norwich office/s. Occasional travel may be required to other Clarion offices as and when required. You'll split your time between working from home and the office, specific days will be agreed with your line manager.
