Job Title: Delivery & Program Manager Location: Markham, ON Canada (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday)
Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT programs and transformation initiatives.
- Manage program planning, execution, governance, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies and continuous process improvements.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align project outcomes with business objectives.
- Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and offshore/onshore delivery models.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise programs within the insurance industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with program governance, resource planning, financial tracking, and risk management.
