This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Min Experience: 3+ years

Location: India, Bengaluru JobType: full-time

Looking for a Product Manager who wants to build, not just manage. This is a zero-to-one, high-ownership role where you work directly with the founders and own the product lifecycle end to end — discover, build, test, distribute. You'll be in Figma, in the analytics, in the prototype, in the customer call. If you enjoy structured roadmaps, long planning cycles, and delegation, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities• Own product problems end-to-end — from identifying the opportunity to shipping, scaling, and getting the solution into users' hands.

  • Operate with extreme speed: weekly shipping beats perfect planning.
  • Use AI tools aggressively to prototype, validate, and move faster than traditional product teams.
  • Work hands-on across design (Figma), analytics, and product workflows — not through handoffs.
  • Scope new features and improvements by pulling insights from customer conversations, usage data, and the market landscape.
  • Run experiments, iterate fast, and drive measurable impact on core product metrics.
  • Collaborate deeply with engineering and the founders: no silos, no throwing specs over the wall.

Qualifications• Engineering Degree from a Top IIT, NIT, BITS

  • 3–5 years building products, preferably at early-stage startups.
  • Strong bias for action and ownership — you don't wait for direction, you build.
  • Comfortable getting your hands dirty across design, analytics, and execution.
  • Working fluency with Figma, Mixpanel or Amplitude, and Linear or Jira.
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C products is a strong plus.
  • Ability to think from first principles and make progress on ambiguous, undefined problems.
  • High agency, high curiosity, and a genuine sense of urgency.

Benefits & Perks• Direct, daily access to the founders — you're building with them, not reporting up to them.

  • Genuine zero-to-one ownership on a product still defining its category.
  • Meaningful ESOPs in a fast-growing startup.
  • Freedom to use the best AI tooling available to move faster.
  • Small team, no bureaucracy — your decisions ship the same week.
