We’re looking for a Service Project Manager to lead HVAC-focused service projects, support customers, and ensure successful delivery from execution through warranty.
What You’ll Do
- Lead service projects through execution and warranty phase
- Serve as the primary customer contact post-installation
- Manage schedules, budgets, and project profitability
- Support startup, commissioning, and field troubleshooting
- Coordinate with engineering, sales, and field teams
- Handle change orders, subcontractors, and documentation
What You Bring
- 5+ years managing HVAC or technical service projects
- Strong customer-facing and project leadership skills
- Experience with project financials (P&L, cost tracking)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
