About the Role At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest independent consumer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!

Data isn’t just a byproduct of our business; it’s the engine that drives our growth. We are looking for a Lead Pricing & Monetization Analyst to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Analytics team. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role designed for a seasoned expert who can bridge the gap between complex statistical modeling and strategic GTM execution in a B2B SaaS environment.

Your mission is to help us answer critical questions about our go-to-market strategy, driving growth across the customer lifecycle. You will lead the charge in analyzing our revenue engine and providing crucial insights into our pricing architecture and monetization strategies to maximize our overall commercial impact.

The GTM Analytics team operates in a semi-embedded model where each analyst serves as a trusted partner and owner for a specific strategic focus area. In this role, you’ll focus on empowering the Pricing & Monetization team while working cross-functionally across our commercial organization, and broader analytics and data teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Pricing & Monetization Analytics: Partner with product and commercial leadership to evaluate pricing and packaging strategies, analyzing discount behaviors and tracking the financial performance of new monetization initiatives.
  • Advanced Statistical Analysis: Design and execute complex analyses, including cohort analysis, customer segmentation (clustering), and predictive modeling to identify growth levers.
  • Tool & Capability Development: Build and scale our analytics infrastructure. This includes developing proprietary solutions in R/Python and integrating them into our data stack.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Provide actionable insights to collaborate with, and influence stakeholders in making data informed decisions and drive data literacy around GTM optimization.
  • Scalable Reporting: Architect intuitive dashboards in Looker that don't just show data, but provide actionable insights for stakeholders ranging from Commercial Ops to executive leadership.
  • Data Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with our data engineering team using dbt to ensure our GTM data pipelines are robust, efficient, and "analyst-ready."

Who You Are

  • A Proven Analytical Lead: You bring demonstrated experience successfully driving strategic GTM initiatives, establishing best-in-class analytical standards, and mentoring team members to elevate overall capabilities across the analytics function.
  • A Technical Expert: You are fluent in SQL and R/Python and have a solid understanding of regression models, clustering, propensity and statistical significance with an ability to apply them to complex commercial and GTM problems.
  • A Strategic GTM Thinker: You have several years of experience solving go-to-market problems using appropriate analytical techniques. You don't just build models; you understand the "why" behind the numbers. You understand core SaaS metrics and have experience evaluating pricing strategies, monetization models, or commercial packaging structures.
  • A Trusted Advisor: You possess strong stakeholder management skills knowing how to challenge assumptions and guide leadership toward data-informed decisions.
  • An Expert Communicator: You can explain complex solutions and models to a non-technical audience and present a compelling case for strategic optimization to executive leadership.
  • Data Storytelling: You have proven experience with Looker (LookML) or similar BI tools, emphasizing best practices in data storytelling.
  • A Data Architect: You have a high bar for data quality and have experience working within modern data stacks (e.g BigQuery, dbt, Airfllow).

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package + bonus
  • 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days after 2 years of employment
