Are you passionate about using data to make a difference? Jefferson Healthcare is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analytics team! As our Financial Analyst, you demonstrate a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail, strong financial systems expertise, and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. This position delivers insightful financial and labor productivity analysis that empowers leaders to manage staffing resources effectively, align operations with budget goals, and support long-term financial sustainability. The Financial Planning & Analytics team is a collaborative group that strives for curiosity, accountability, and impact. What you'll need:

  • Minimum five (3) years of working in an intermediate to advanced analyst role in a healthcare environment in direct support of business operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, informatics, mathematics, statistics, or related field OR equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • Moderate to strong report writing capabilities to pull and organize data from various financial and clinical systems
  • Requires an analytical mind, strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, inquisitive questioning, and ability to integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Proficient understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) required.
  • Excellent communication skills to include written and oral required.
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and communicate findings clearly to financial and non-financial audiences
  • Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, informatics, mathematics, statistics or related fields preferred
  • Experience with labor or productivity reporting preferred
  • lnfor/Lawson, Strata, and/or Symplr experience preferred
  • Tableau or other BI Tools experience preferred
  • Intermediate to Advanced SQL experience preferred

Schedule: 1.0 FTE; 40 hours/week; Day Shift, No Weekends. This position is Remote.
