WHAT WE DO The Product Management team is looking for a Product Operations Analyst with strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills, and a strong desire to help enable a high performing product management team. You will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the enabling tools and processes that help our product team collect and organize product feedback, prioritize and plan what to build next, and ensure successful feature releases. You will also help support and improve the department-level operating rhythms including recurring product ceremonies, reporting, and collaboration with other departments.

ABOUT THE ROLE This role also carries a growing emphasis on AI fluency, systems thinking, and automation. As our product organization evolves how it works, you will help identify high-friction, manual work and apply AI tools and workflow automation to make our core processes more consistent, scalable, and efficient. Over time, there is significant opportunity for this role to take on deeper ownership of AI and automation initiatives across the product organization.

A successful candidate must be energized by building great products, collaborating with a diverse range of partners, optimizing team processes, deeply exploring data, and experimenting with new tools and technology to improve how teams work.

Job Description and Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support and optimize our feature launch process and collaborate with internal partners to help ensure successful releases 
  • Administer and provide expert guidance for our tooling for product feedback and roadmap management 
  • Support product team operating cadence including request routing, coordinating high value content opportunities for department meetings, and maintaining high-quality internal process guidance and product roadmap presentation assets 
  • Identify opportunities to enable and empower product managers, including simplifying workflows and reducing operational overhead 
  • Identify high-friction, manual, or repetitive work across Product Ops processes such as planning, reporting, roadmap coordination, and internal communications, and prioritize opportunities to improve or automate it 
  • Design and implement practical automations using AI tools, workflow platforms, and system integrations, and improve process consistency and scalability through templates, SOPs, and reusable patterns 
  • Support the product organization’s adoption of AI-enabled ways of working across discovery, requirements, and delivery 
  • Measure the impact of process improvements and automations, and iterate based on adoption and outcomes 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in technology, data analytics, product management, project management, or process/operations analysis 
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot to streamline work, automate processes, and improve output quality 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, data analytics, or related area of study 

Preferred

  • Energized by highly complex problems, systems, and interactions, with a systems-thinking mindset and a strong ability to spot inefficiencies and translate ambiguous problems into practical, scalable solutions 
  • Demonstrated understanding of product management and/or product operations disciplines 
  • Familiarity and comfort with data, including ability to use data to analyze and monitor process/operations health, set goals, back up assumptions, and track success 
  • Experience optimizing and scaling organizational processes 
  • Experience implementing automations using workflow platforms such as Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar, or building lightweight internal tools such as Slack apps, workflow bots, or Microsoft Power Platform solutions 
  • Basic familiarity with SQL is a bonus; familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or system integrations is a plus 
  • Experience using Productboard, Jira, and/or Confluence is a bonus 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including experience creating SOPs, templates, or enablement materials 
  • Detail-oriented, enthusiastic self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

144 000 and 216 000PLN

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
