The opportunity
Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a student employee to fill the role of Non-Profit Database Administrator for our partner organization, Global Citizens Circle. This role is responsible for maintaining data accuracy, improving database organization, and ensuring records are up-to-date and usable for organizational needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Enter and update data within the organization's database.
- Identify and remove duplicate records.
- Review and refine data fields for consistency and accuracy.
- Recommend and implement improvements to streamline database structure and processes.
- Conduct routine data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program
- Work study part of financial aid package
- Students with work study may be prioritized
- Relevant work experience with data entry
Learning Outcomes (NACE Competencies)
- Communication skills, time management and ability to work independently.
- Successful applicant would gain experience of working with a global non-profit.
- Role could grow to more hours and website support.
Work Schedule
3-5 hours per week at student’s convenience. 30-minute check in weekly.

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $13.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
