As a Financial Analyst at Raytheon, your responsibilities will include the following.
What You Will Do
- Process Invoices and Purchase Orders, ensuring all necessary approvals are attained and support documentation obtained
- Updating Master Vendor Database for all Invoices and Purchase Orders that are submitted on a timely basis
- Month end tasks to include journal audit and controls package preparation
- Assist in the various auditing processes
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments to ensure timely collections
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices, payments, or orders
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions and communications with internal customers
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal stakeholders
- Help identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in the process
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration must be obtained by the start date.
- Experience in Microsoft Office tools

Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
