As a Financial Analyst at Raytheon, your responsibilities will include the following.

What You Will Do

• Process Invoices and Purchase Orders, ensuring all necessary approvals are attained and support documentation obtained 
• Updating Master Vendor Database for all Invoices and Purchase Orders that are submitted on a timely basis 
• Month end tasks to include journal audit and controls package preparation 
• Assist in the various auditing processes 
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments to ensure timely collections 
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices, payments, or orders 
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions and communications with internal customers 
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal stakeholders 
• Help identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in the process 
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager 

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration must be obtained by the start date.
• Experience in Microsoft Office tools
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects

• Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience

• Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
