As a Senior Product Analyst, you will work within Percepto's Product department, which supports all companies departments by leading data projects and extracting, analyzing, and presenting data (from cloud systems, sensors, and various databases) that supports ongoing improvements of the company and the product.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, R&D, support, and commercial, to provide data-driven insights that facilitate prompt and accurate decision-making
- Take ownership of the data strategy for critical product initiatives, guiding project lifecycles from conception to execution
- Act as a subject matter expert, helping to define data best practices and standards for the team and company.
- Direct and execute end-to-end data initiatives, tracking progress from disparate data sources through to the final dashboard or actionable insight, for both continuous and ad-hoc requirements
- Develop insightful and user-friendly dashboards that effectively identify causal factors
- Create automated reports to support team requirements
- Perform customer analysis, encompassing behavior, trends, usage patterns, and other relevant metrics
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product/Data Analyst
- Proficiency in Python - Required
- Proficiency in SQL - Required
- Proficiency in ETL - Required
- Proficiency in Redshift and AWS environment or equivalent - Required
- Experience working with BI tools/dashboards
- Knowledge of Amplitude or equivalent
- Experience in leading, building and managing complex data projects across the organization with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and learn quickly.
- Enthusiasm for problem solving, executing initiatives and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively solve problems
- Fluent English - Required
