About the role

Job Purpose

Supports in all related HR process and issues with a local and/or international scope

  • May be accountable for the coordination of personnel related activities between Personnel Department, the Asset Delivery Group, and offshore/onshore management team
  • Does peer audit for sampled and critical transactions
  • Responsible for upkeeping of Documents with version control
  • Handles the most critical and complex transactions

Job Description

Support and delivers a wide range of activities within HR (mainly Administrative)

  • Prepares HR consolidated reporting to business as needed
  • Supports the implementation of Entity projects and processes such as Personnel planning, Leave Management, Performance Management, Succession, Development etc.
  • Supports and monitors Labor law and social security compliance, as directed by statutory compliance and labour law
  • Supports mainly in the integration of local and Group-level Compensation & Benefits tools
  • Ensures data integrity in HR systems
  • Version control driven upkeeping of process documents
  • Responsible for SOX audits and periodic UATs
  • Part of peer audit team

You are meant for this job if:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably HR related)

  • 5 to 8 years of HR related career experience in ERPs like SAP and CRMs like ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of HR management methods and tools
  • Good administrative and time management skills
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English
