Partner with the best

In this role, you will analyze customer journey instrumentation and in-app behavioral analytics. You will work closely with product managers and designers to surface insights. Your work will directly shape how we build, onboard, and grow our cloud platform.

As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with product managers and designers to define and measure good user experience
  • Building and maintaining analytics dashboards in tools like Pendo or Tableau to drive business decisions
  • Instrumenting new product surfaces by defining event taxonomies and ensuring data quality with engineers
  • Analyzing funnels, retention curves, and feature adoption to identify and resolve customer journey friction points
  • Contributing to our experience metrics framework and establishing analytics standards across the product organization

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
  • Possess solid SQL skills and comfort navigating large datasets
  • Have experience using product analytics platforms, such as Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, or FullStory
  • Have understanding of event-based instrumentation, measurement, and communicating findings to various audiences
  • Demonstrate exposure to cloud infrastructure products, developer tooling, APIs, Python, R, or A/B testing frameworks

Compensation

Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary for this position ranges from 92,900 - 167,100 CAD/year; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
