Your tasks
- Full P&L responsibility for the assigned product portfolio, including revenue growth, margin optimization, pricing strategy, business case development, forecasting, and driving commercial impact through effective portfolio, lifecycle, and market management
- Manage a portfolio of products including product strategy, portfolio optimization, lifecycle management, market positioning and business performance monitoring
- Product management & upstream Marketing to support development activities of engineering teams along the product life cycle process
- Steering downstream marketing and market expansion activities, supporting geographical rollouts of the product portfolio
- Managing the operational business such as tender support, master data management support, price management and contact partner for country organizations
- A strong track record of cross-functional leadership is essential, with close collaboration across Finance, Sales, Engineering, Technical Service and Quality to shape and deliver profitable growth
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably) in product engineering or business administration preferably in biomedical engineering or business engineering
- More than 8 years of experience and knowledge in Marketing, Product Management and product life cycle management
- Strong sense of P&L ownership and drive to create commercial impact by working across global markets
- Enjoying work with commercial levers, translating data into strategy and strategy into measurable business outcomes and treating financial accountability as a motivating part of your personality.
- Profound knowledge in development of business models and business cases
- Profound knowledge in change management and execution of transformations
- High willingness for national and international travels
- Fluent in German and English, both in written and spoken
