Full description

As a QA Analyst within our Professional Services team, you will be vital to shape our customer’s success story. You will work closely with other teams, nurturing a culture of improvement, innovation and proactive thinking. Responsibilities include:

  • Understand our current systems’ functionality and how this helps our customers be successful.
  • Progressively improve our QA practices to eliminate waste and develop lean processes.
  • Enforce and promote SCRUM disciplines supporting our drive towards agile.
  • Support our partners to continually improve quality, working hand in hand with Product Owners and Development teams.
  • Work with Product Owners and Business Analysts to write and develop user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop relationship with partners to optimise and enhance our integrations.
  • Participation in management of the product backlog including prioritisation with the Product Owners
  • Work with clients and Business Analysts to define requirements
  • Brainstorm with Lifecycle teams to identify the correct approach to new tasks
  • Design tests, either alone or as part of a team
  • Identify and resolve errors
  • Produce QA documentation as required
