We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist In this role, you will:

  • Design and deliver LLM-powered solutions end-to-end, using agentic frameworks like LangChain/LlamaIndex to solve real business problems.
  • Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, integrating vector databases (FAISS/Pinecone/Chroma/Weaviate) to ground responses in trusted content.
  • Engineer and optimise prompts and system instructions to improve output quality, consistency, and controllability across use cases.
  • Fine-tune and adapt foundation models (e.g., GPT/LLaMA/Mistral/Claude/Gemini) for domain-specific tasks and performance requirements.
  • Develop production-grade NLP pipelines for NER, classification, summarisation, information extraction, and question answering over enterprise documents.
  • Build, evaluate, and deploy ML models (supervised/unsupervised), including feature engineering, tuning, validation, and monitoring in production.
  • Create robust APIs and services (FastAPI/Flask), partnering with MLOps/DevOps to containerise and deploy via Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD.
  • Translate data into insight and action, performing EDA, working with SQL + unstructured data, and communicating clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

  • Strong hands-on Python engineering (pandas/NumPy/scikit-learn) with clean, modular, well-documented code and solid Git workflows.
  • Practical LLM application experience, including RAG design patterns, context management, and evaluation approaches for real-world reliability.
  • Deep NLP capability using Hugging Face/spaCy/NLTK, with experience handling messy, large-scale enterprise text (PDFs, emails, documents).
  • Model development expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow, with disciplined experimentation (metrics, baselines, ablations where relevant).
  • Reliability and safety mindset for GenAI, including hallucination mitigation, structured output validation (e.g., Pydantic/output parsers), and testing.
  • Solid data skills across SQL + modern data stores, including familiarity with vector databases and information retrieval concepts.
  • Cloud and deployment competence on AWS/GCP/Azure, comfortable collaborating on containerised deployments and monitoring/retraining for drift.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and ownership, able to frame problems, align on success metrics, and deliver iteratively in an agile environment.
