As an AES Salesforce Developer – Senior Associate- Operate, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Salesforce with other systems, applications, or databases to enable seamless data flow and process automation. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will focus on designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using various integration technologies and tools, such as Salesforce APIs, middleware platforms, and web services. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing integration solutions using Salesforce APIs and middleware platforms - Developing seamless data flow and process automation between Salesforce and other systems - Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting - Implementing Salesforce customization and data architecture to support client objectives - Utilizing RESTful API and web services for integration architecture implementation - Conducting integration analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements - Collaborating with teams to manage and inspire others in complex situations - Building meaningful client connections to anticipate and address their needs - Navigating ambiguity to deliver quality solutions and grow personal skills - Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Technology, Management Information Systems

- Experience as a Salesforce and Data developer. • Knowledge in Salesforce flows, Lightning components, APEX, SOQL, ETL migration tools, REST & SOAP web services.

- Proficient in overseeing a support ticketing queue with multiple open items, demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills;
