The Sr. Manager of Digital Product Management, Epic Aura is the owner of all facets of the Aura product and integration and must be adept at working across all phases of product management. Entrepreneurial by nature, this person is accustomed to taking ambiguous products and turning them into well run operations that create meaningful value both for the customer and the company. With a strong background as a Digital Product Manager, this person will both help to define the product management function, and through their performance help elevate Quest to best in class. Willingness to roll up their sleeves and dive into the details, while simultaneously able to craft stories for executive and customer presentation is a must.
Responsibilities
- Strategic and delivery leader for Epic Aura integrations and supporting interoperability network solutions supporting prioritization, analysis, implementation, self-service, and automation tools.
- Set vision and develop strategy, define and deliver optimized client and partner experiences throughout the Aura orders and results integration journey
- Partner with franchise on launch and enablement of new test products and delivering new specialized integrations that reduce level of effort for integration and simplify provider access, driving acceleration in turn-around time and time to market.
- Engage ordering client organizations to share vision and strategy, and to collect voice of the customer for Aura Lab integrations: priorities, opportunities, expectations, challenges, etc.
- Partner with Epic and other Aura performing organizations on Aura functionality, enhancement opportunities, road mapping, and optimization for both ordering and performing organizations.
- Partner with the Business to confirm understanding of customer need, align on scope, manage a roadmap and related financials, and regularly prioritize product development efforts.
- Regularly collect and analyze the Voice of the Customer, industry trends, disruptors, and current competition.
- Ensure comprehensive competitive information on market penetration, product capabilities and initiatives are maintained.
- Understand Quest clients by leading research stakeholder feedback, customer feedback, benchmarking, and journey mapping to develop deep understanding of clients' needs and inform client attraction, engagement, and retention.
- Translate overall vision into product roadmap and delivery; evangelize solutions to associated teams and partners
- Regularly present product strategy, roadmap progress, and performance metrics to senior leadership and executive steering committees to secure buy-in and resources.
- Accountable for the results of the Digital products assigned; Assess long-term viability of product features aligned to expected business outcomes and benefits, building opportunities to maintain or improve Quest's competitive position.
- Provide input on business plans/initiatives/marketing programs, to drive sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and strategic congruence.
- Own end-to-end digital and data journeys; Work with the Design Team to inform User Experiences, Wireframes, prototypes, customer journeys, personas, corresponding data journeys and content that bring the journeys and product strategies to life.
- Collaborates with business partners on the creation of business cases and serves as two-in-a-box with the Business Owner to manage the product digital and related data lifecycles / journeys.
- Accountable for the definition/refinement of the backlog of Epics and related Features to enable Agile ARTs to deliver prioritized business value.
- Proactively identify short- and long-term product/process improvement, bring forward innovative ideas and opportunities as part of collaboration with the team, leads and key business partner.
- Promote an environment that encourages collaboration, initiative, continuous improvement, learning and the generation of innovative ideas and solutions.
- Manage existing solutions and data. Identify and manage solutions and related data within the domains of improving member satisfaction, utilization management and risk arrangements.
- Engage with Interoperability Vendor Management team to define and track strategic interoperability opportunities with Epic for Aura.
- Mentor and guide digital product manager and digital product analysts on the team.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and execution.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Aura and specialized orders and results integrations within the organization.

Qualifications
- Required:
- 10 or more years of Product Management with progressive responsibilities.
- 8 or more years of experience in healthcare.
- 5 or more years of experience in Agile ways of working and related product management.
- 3 or more years of experience with client engagement and integrations.
- 5 or more years utilizing design thinking.
- Demonstrated experience in setting product vision and strategy.
- Preferred:
- Scaled Agile (SAFe) Product Management certification or experience.
- Experience in healthcare interoperability.
- Experience in healthcare in a lab setting.

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or Information Systems; or equivalent job experiences.
