Your profile should look like this:
- Degreed in: Economical Engineering in any technical domain
- Language: English - advanced
- Specific knowledge: Excel, Microsoft Office, Purchases or Offer process
What will you do in your day-to-day job:
- You analyze the RFQ (request for quotation), prepare the business proposal to be presented to management approval.
- You ensure a preliminary strategic analysis for the RFQ and launch several processes such as delivery allocation, product and logistics costs, technical product analysis, contractual terms and conditions, tax implications, HSE related issues and credit queries to several Tenaris departments and if applicable, quotation requests to suppliers.
- You prepares the quotation to be presented to the customer. You are responsible for Offering and Order Acceptance processes, and proper registration in TS transactional systems (Dynamics, SAP, etc).
- The scope is focused on a group of accounts with similarities in terms of business culture, practices, and competitive environment. You may follow a specific Global Key Account or specialized product line supporting different Business Units.
