Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
- Experience with AI Infra, Compute, AI/ML or Cloud technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- 5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.

The TPU Platform Experience team’s mission is to deliver an industry-leading, seamless platform layer that makes TPU supercomputers as effortless, reliable, and accessible to operate.
We own the horizontal platform product experience across TPU generations, driving provisioning and lifecycle of TPU instances, multi-chip orchestration, Bare Metal access, full-stack observability, and consumption and commercial models. This team singularly shapes how AI builders deploy, manage, and optimize their workloads on Google Cloud. In this role, you will build the gold-standard platform experience on the edge of AI infrastructure.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Define and execute the product strategy for the Cloud TPU platform experience to deliver a seamless and reliable customer journey from capacity to advanced observability.
- Foster a growing TPU developer community and drive product-led growth by envisioning and implementing features for organic community building, and continuous evaluation of first-party/third-party (1P/3P) library integrations to accelerate Cloud TPU adoption and innovation.
- Advocate platform reliability and observability across the TPU stack, overseeing the integration of robust monitoring solutions, convergence with GPU platform commonalities, and strategic 1P/3P integrations to ensure high service level objective/service level agreement (SLO/SLA) attainment and comprehensive debugging capabilities.
- Lead the evolution of the Cloud TPU user experience, and the development of core TPU primitives and cluster management.
