Department: Project Management

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Bristol

Description

MIGSO-PCUBED | Bristol

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for more variety, greater career progression and the opportunity to work across different industries?

At MIGSO-PCUBED, you’ll join a specialist management consultancy where you’ll work with leading organisations across numerous sectors, supporting them to deliver complex projects and transformational change.

This is more than a Project Management role. It’s an opportunity to build a consulting career, develop a broad portfolio of experience and work on projects that challenge you in new ways.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets and governance.
  • Managing risks, issues, dependencies and change.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders.
  • Providing clear and effective reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Supporting clients in improving their project management processes and capabilities.
  • Helping organisations deliver complex transformation and change.
  • Adapting quickly to different client environments, industries and project challenges.

No two assignments are necessarily the same. You’ll gain exposure to different organisations, cultures, project environments and sectors — helping you develop into a well-rounded Project Manager and consultant.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for Project Managers who enjoy solving problems, working with people and getting things done.

You'll ideally have:

  • Proven experience managing projects or significant project workstreams.
  • Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to work effectively in changing and sometimes ambiguous environments.
  • A collaborative and client-focused approach.
  • A genuine interest in developing your career within management consulting.

Previous consultancy experience is beneficial but not essential. We're interested in people who can demonstrate strong project management capability and who are motivated to develop their consulting skills.

Benefits

• Comprehensive Learning & Development: Access to customised programs designed to support your professional growth and skill enhancement.

• Personalised Career Coaching: Receive one-on-one guidance to help you navigate and advance your career path.

• APM Qualifications: Gain industry-recognised project management certifications with full support from our training programs.

• Private Medical Insurance: Enjoy comprehensive coverage that includes optical, dental, and hearing care for you and your family.

• RIDE2WORK Scheme: Save on commuting costs and promote a healthier lifestyle with our cycle-to-work initiative.

• Exciting Company Events: Participate in exclusive events across the UK, fostering team spirit and networking opportunities.

• Discounted Gym Membership: Stay active and healthy with access to discounted gym memberships.

• Retail Discounts: Take advantage of exclusive offers from a wide range of top retail stores.
