This is a senior product design opportunity focused on shaping AI-powered experiences within enterprise software. The role is suited to a strategic and innovative designer who can help translate emerging AI capabilities into meaningful user experiences. Accountabilities:

• Shape product experiences that incorporate AI capabilities into intuitive, useful, and user-centered workflows.

• Provide strategic design leadership for AI-focused product experiences and initiatives.

• Translate complex AI capabilities and product requirements into clear and engaging user experiences.

• Advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, AI, and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop thoughtful product solutions.

• Establish and communicate design direction for complex product experiences.

• Explore new interaction models and approaches for AI-enabled products.

• Use research, experimentation, feedback, and product insights to inform design decisions.

• Help establish consistent and scalable design approaches across AI experiences.

• Communicate design concepts, rationale, and strategic recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

• Contribute to an innovative design culture that encourages experimentation and continuous improvement.

• Help ensure AI-powered experiences are approachable, effective, and aligned with broader product goals.

• Partner across a global organization to bring diverse perspectives into product and design decisions.

• Contribute to initiatives that advance the use of AI and modern technology across enterprise software experiences.

Requirements:

• Principal-level or equivalent experience in product design, UX design, interaction design, or a closely related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience designing complex digital products and experiences.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and product design methodologies.

• Experience translating complex technology or product concepts into intuitive user experiences.

• Experience working collaboratively with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other cross-functional partners.

• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to connect detailed design decisions with broader product objectives.

• Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder-influencing skills.

• Ability to operate effectively in a global and cross-cultural environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to navigate ambiguity.

• Curiosity about emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence and AI-enabled product experiences.

• Ability to explore new interaction patterns and design approaches as technology evolves.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated product design work and measurable or meaningful user impact.

• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, technical considerations, and product strategy.
