The Deputy Manager will oversee stamping project monitoring, die development, and process layout approvals. They are responsible for coordinating with core teams to ensure first-time-right correlation and effective implementation of process improvements.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Stamping Project monitoring & exceeding TCP targets
- Die development, installation & handover
- Supplier Process, Simulation & Die Design approvals
- 3D Process Layout
- ECN Feasibility & implementation
- Concern tracking & its closure during development stage
- First time right with Virtual vs actual Correlation & its enhancement
- Lesson learnt capturing & implementation in upcoming projects
- Joint coordination with core team, Location CME team & other group companies for sheet metal expertise sharing
- Responsible for COEs assigned activities

General Experience
