StaffBridge is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team in Medellín, supporting a U.S.-based logistics client.

What You'll Do

  • Track and validate annual and quarterly financial statements
  • Monitor outstanding documentation and insurance renewals
  • Escalate overdue items requiring leadership involvement
  • Update and maintain tracking systems

What We're Looking For

  • Direct financial-services experience
  • Hands-on pipeline management experience
  • Familiarity with the terminology, pace, and decision-making of a financial environment
  • Experience supporting senior executives or C-level leaders
  • Strong judgment and the ability to prioritize independently
  • Ability to understand context, anticipate needs, and act without constant direction
  • Executive-level communication, discretion, organization, and follow-through
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and professional English
