Your Mission

Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing, and Information Systems all rely on connected processes, reliable product data, and well-integrated applications.

As Business Application Manager - PLM & Engineering Systems, you will take ownership of the business applications and processes that support our Engineering landscape. Acting as the link between Engineering, Operations, and ISM, you will drive process improvements, ensure stable operations, and help shape the future of our CAD, PDM, PLM, and ERP environment.

What You'll Do

  • Own and continuously improve end-to-end Engineering and R&D processes.
  • Act as the key ISM partner for Engineering and Product Development teams.
  • Drive the governance and continuous development of CAD, PDM, and PLM applications and processes.
  • Translate business requirements into sustainable system and process solutions.
  • Ensure consistency of engineering data, product structures, and change processes across systems. 
  • Support daily operations, coordinate issue resolution, and maintain system stability.
  • Drive PLM initiatives and ensure seamless integration with ERP and downstream business processes.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver sustainable business improvements.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • A strong understanding of Engineering and Product Lifecycle Management processes
  • Experience with CAD, PDM, and ideally PLM environments
  • Knowledge of ERP integration, BOM management, and Engineering Change Management
  • The ability to translate business requirements into practical system and process solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence working across Engineering, Operations, and IT
  • Professional English skills

Experience with Teamcenter, Windchill, Aras, or similar PLM platforms, as well as a background in manufacturing or industrial equipment, would be an advantage.
