This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI UX Designer based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to design next-generation AI-powered experiences that transform how users interact with intelligent digital products.You will help shape intuitive workflows, conversational interfaces, and enterprise AI solutions used across multiple collaboration environments.Working closely with product and UX teams, you will turn emerging AI capabilities into practical, user-friendly experiences.The position requires a strong blend of product design expertise, AI knowledge, and hands-on prototyping skills.You will contribute to defining how users engage with AI assistants, copilots, and agent-based technologies.This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who enjoys experimenting, validating ideas, and creating impactful solutions in a fast-evolving technology space.

Accountabilities: As an AI UX Designer, you will design and prototype AI-driven user experiences while collaborating with product and UX teams to accelerate the delivery of innovative enterprise solutions. You will focus on creating intuitive interactions between users and AI-powered systems through research, design, testing, and iteration.

Design AI-powered user interfaces, workflows, and interactions across platforms such as desktop applications, collaboration tools, and emerging AI environments.

Create user-centered experiences for AI agents, copilots, assistants, and conversational interfaces.

Develop high-fidelity prototypes, interactive mockups, and tangible demonstrations to communicate design concepts and validate solutions.

Partner closely with product designers, UX teams, engineers, and stakeholders to define and improve AI experiences.

Apply UX writing principles to create clear, effective, and engaging conversational interactions.

Conduct user validation activities, usability testing, and design iterations based on feedback.

Leverage AI tools throughout the design process to improve productivity, exploration, and innovation.

Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, intuitive experiences for enterprise users.

Contribute to design decisions that improve usability, adoption, and overall product experience.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced product designer with a strong background in AI-driven experiences, enterprise software, and user-centered design. You should be comfortable working with emerging technologies and turning complex technical concepts into accessible user experiences.

Proven experience designing AI-powered user interfaces, workflows, or digital experiences.

Experience working on agentic AI products, AI assistants, copilots, or conversational interfaces.

Strong product design background with experience creating SaaS platforms or enterprise software solutions.

Demonstrated ability to use AI tools as part of the design process.

Strong skills in UX research, interaction design, prototyping, and usability validation.

Experience creating high-fidelity prototypes and interactive design concepts.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma and related design platforms.

Familiarity with AI design tools such as Figma Make, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or Copilot Agents is preferred.

Ability to build and demonstrate working prototypes rather than only creating conceptual prompts.

Strong understanding of conversational UX, UX writing, and human-AI interaction principles.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
