Job Description Summary Recognized as an expert within the job discipline with in-depth Salesforce knowledge. Will join a team of developers designing and deploying complex solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, as well as excellent technical and communication skills.

Job Summary: As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for implementing and delivering Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and administrators, to translate business requirements into technical designs and oversee the implementation of these designs. Requires knowledge of key up and down stream applications and integration strategies.

Role & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.
  • Designs and develops high-quality code.
  • Work with QA’s to analyze and fix application problems/issues in a timely fashion.
  • Follows the Agile software development process.
  • Interacts with internal stakeholders to support product releases and/or resolve program problems.
  • Technical leadership/conduct code reviews
  • Coordinates with developers across various platforms streams to align overall platform solution.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 4+yrs in Salesforce development .

· Salesforce Certified Platform Developer

  • Lead Apex, LWC, and Flow development for complex business requirements.
  • JavaScript,HTML/CSS, Git, VS Code, CI/CD pipelines
  • Develop Salesforce functionality using out-of-the-box Configuration as well as customization
  • Strong experience in developing custom lightning components on lightning framework
  • Integration experience using integration techniques - REST, SOAP APIs, Auth and Single Sign-On.
  • SOQL / SOSL
  • Functional understanding of the following Salesforce Platform areas – Lightning, Heroku, Einstein, Communities, Chatter, Quip
  • Functional understanding of the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing and CPQ
  • Revenue Cloud Experience preferred
  • Financial industry experience preferred.
