Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with ERP or CRM business solutions are required.

Full description

We are actively seeking to employ a Junior Business System Analyst (BSA) within our IT Department. 

The main scope of the Junior BSA is to be an interface between the end users and the developers of systems, applications or processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs business analysis and engage with business process owner.
  • Identify gaps in current processes and suggest improvements and opportunities.
  • Provide training and support to end-users regarding Business systems.
  • Liaison with vendor or company developer and act as the main point of contact between users and vendor.
  • Analyse, documentation, and test new developments, process flows and specifications to come up with the best solutions.
  • Advise different stake holders on improvement of current processes.
  • Perform audit processes with regards to software quality and security.
  • Align and adhere to company policies in place.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and continuous learning as necessary.
  • Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or other relevant fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Applications particularly SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook.
  • Knowledge of ERP, CRM or any other business solution.
  • Understanding of Project Management and IT business solutions.
  • Software testing methods.
