Your role
Business Analyst supports the Head of Department in achieving departmental objectives by coordinating activities, facilitating alignment across teams, and supporting the end-to-end Planning Business Review Cycle. This includes organizing key meetings, preparing materials, collecting inputs, and helping prioritize topics. The role represents the department in selected cross-functional forums and supports mitigation planning during supply issues. Additionally, the Business Analyst maintains departmental analytics, ensuring accurate data and insights are available to support effective decision-making.
Your tasks
- Coordinate delivery of business objectives and ensure cross‑functional alignment.
- Support E2E Planning Business Review Cycle.
- Provide analytical support as required and align with the Department Head on priorities.
- Serve as the central source of data and business intelligence.
- Coordinate prioritization across teams during supply challenges.
- Develop and track mitigation plans and report progress to management.
- Monitor delivery of key activities such as pre‑productions, tax‑related actions, and windfall management.
- Track progress of critical supply‑planning activities, including cross‑factory projects, capacity shifts, and new line ramp‑ups.
- Own coverage and safety stock policy reporting. Support planning strategy assignments and KPI aggregation were required.
Your profile
- Around 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, planning, analytics, or business operations.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across multiple functions.
