#130524 - Salesforce Developer – Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud

Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience across Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud to support advanced customer engagement and lifecycle marketing use cases.

 

This role combines Salesforce development, unified customer data, audience segmentation, integrations, and omnichannel campaign execution. The ideal candidate can connect customer data and campaign activation reliably at scale while supporting strong technical performance, operational excellence, and customer data governance.

 

Enterprise experience strongly preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

* Configure and develop Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities, including data ingestion, profile unification, calculated insights, audience segmentation, and activation.

* Build and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, triggered sends, and customer communication workflows.

* Enable omnichannel engagement use cases across email, mobile, and other communication channels using integrated customer data.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design campaign-ready data models and activation strategies.

* Develop reusable integration services and support interoperability across Salesforce platforms and related systems.

* Support campaign testing, release management, production deployments, and production issue resolution.

* Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize platform performance and scalability.

* Ensure platform solutions align with security, compliance, and customer data governance requirements.

* Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to platform development best practices.

Qualifications

 

Must-Have Skills

 

* 4+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform.

* Proven production delivery experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

* Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience supporting customer data ingestion, profile unification, segmentation, audience creation, and activation.

* Strong development skills in SQL, APIs, automation frameworks, and Salesforce platform customization.

* Experience with segmentation logic, profile data strategy, and cross-channel campaign enablement.

* Experience building or supporting Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, triggered sends, and customer communication workflows.

* Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization capabilities.

* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

 

Nice-to-Have Skills

 

* Experience with enterprise marketing technology ecosystems and customer data strategy.

* Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Platform Developer, or related areas.

* Experience with Agile delivery.

* Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD for Salesforce environments.
