Your mission

• You will independently manage our projects in the French market, keeping a close eye on timelines, budgets, and quality.
• You will prepare and conduct site meetings in a structured manner and ensure reliable follow-up on open issues.
• You will coordinate relevant stakeholders professionally and ensure that all parties work together transparently and purposefully.
• Claim management is also part of your responsibilities—you identify deviations and project risks early on and follow up on them consistently.
• You closely monitor the execution of PBT’s contracts and ensure smooth operational execution.
• You communicate confidently with internal and external contacts in an international project environment.

Your profile

• You speak and write French and German or English fluently.
• A degree or comparable qualification in building services engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar technical field forms the foundation of your expertise.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in project management.
• You not only understand technical concepts theoretically but can also confidently apply them in day-to-day project work.
• You are characterized by a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as a keen sense of priorities.
• In addition, you impress with your social skills, strong communication abilitis, and professional demeanor. 
• Traveling to France every two weeks is a given for you—you’re on-site when decisions need to be made and have a handle on every detail.
