About this opportunity:
Ericsson invites applications for the role of Software Developer. In this challenging and fulfilled position, you will be tasked with constructing customer's solutions during the building phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for performing the detailed design of application and technical architecture components and classes according to the specification provided by the System Architect. The role also involves coding Software components and contributing to the early testing phases, as well as extending your support towards system testing.
What you will do:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for GenAI applications Collaborate with UI developers, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end GenAI solutions Write modular, testable, and efficient code aligned with Python best practices Build RESTful/GraphQL APIs to expose ML/GenAI services to front-end and external systems Engineer ETL pipelines and preprocessing workflows for structured/unstructured data Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability in production environments Debug and resolve backend issues across development, staging, and production systems Implement unit tests, integration tests, and CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments Stay updated with Python ecosystem advancements and GenAI integration practices
The skills you bring:
Strong proficiency in Python (3.x) with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django Good understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns Experience designing secure RESTful APIs with authentication/authorization Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL/vector databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Pinecone, Milvus, etc.) Familiarity with asynchronous programming, event-driven systems, and microservices Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and containerization (Docker) Bonus: Familiarity with GenAI libraries and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face) and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Key Qualifications:
Education: B.E, BTech or MCA Minimum years of relevant Experience: 5 to 8 years.
