The Opportunity

Data Management Operation Analyst

PepsiCo operates in an environment undergoing immense and rapid change. Big-data and digital technologies are driving business transformation that is unlocking new capabilities and business innovations in areas like eCommerce, mobile experiences and IoT. The key to winning in these areas is being able to leverage enterprise data foundations built on PepsiCo’s global business scale to enable business insights, advanced analytics, and new product development. PepsiCo’s Data Management and Operations team is tasked with the responsibility of developing quality data collection processes, maintaining the integrity of our data foundations, and enabling business leaders and data scientists across the company to have rapid access to the data they need for decision-making and innovation.

The DMO analyst is responsible the execution of master data processes and ensuring the consistent application of Data Governance policies across SAP ECC, SAP WF and legacy systems. This role leads day-to-day operations related to master data maintenance, ensuring high levels of service, data quality, compliance, and operational efficiency aligned with PepsiCo standards and the Global Template (PGT Program)

Your Impact

As Data Management Operation Analyst your functions would consist of …

  • The execution of master data maintenance activities in SAP ECC, SAP WF, MDG, and S/4HANA environments, ensuring compliance with PepsiCo Global standards and Data Governance policies.
  • Ensure service delivery targets, SLAs, KPIs, and quality objectives are consistently achieved.
  • Apply knowledge of PepsiCo policies and governance standards to ensure proper transaction processing, control execution, and maintenance of updated process documentation.
  • Periodically review process documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure alignment with evolving business requirements and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global process owners to resolve escalations, align priorities.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of data models, systems, and end-to-end business processes across multiple functional areas and regions.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of new tools, technologies, and transformation initiatives related to Data Management.s.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, accountability, and customer service excellence within the team.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computers, industrial engineer, Management Information Systems or related fields preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in Data Management- Material & BP Customer/Supplier
  • At least 1 year of experience in SAP Enterprise or MDG/S4 HANA preferred
  • System implementation, testing & baseline support experience a plus
  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel & VBA
  • Detail-orientated, thorough with documentation/communication
  • Working knowledge of Business Processes in the Customer Master Data Domain

Skills, Abilities, Knowledge:

  • Technical experience in SAP Enterprise or MDG / S4 HANA
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook and other)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  • Knowledge in mass update tools like Winshuttle is a plus
