We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst to support digital experience, CRM, and revenue-system initiatives across automotive sales, vehicle ownership, and service journeys.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Product/Business Analysis, Salesforce CRM, digital products, enterprise systems, and Agile delivery, with the ability to translate complex business and operational requirements into clear, actionable product solutions.
Strong experience in automotive Fixed Operations (Fixed Ops) / service operations will be highly advantageous, particularly across service scheduling, repair orders, roadside assistance, customer communications, and dealership workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Partner with Product Managers to translate product strategy and business objectives into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritisation, dependency management, and Agile delivery activities.
- Clarify scope, business rules, constraints, dependencies, assumptions, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Operations, and external vendors throughout the product lifecycle.
- Identify product gaps, delivery risks, dependencies, and operational challenges and drive them toward resolution.
- Map and analyse end-to-end customer journeys across digital sales, vehicle ownership, and automotive service experiences.
- Analyse workflows related to service scheduling, appointment management, repair orders, roadside assistance, service communications, and customer notifications.
- Identify customer and operational friction points using journey mapping, data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and operational insights.
- Translate real-world automotive service processes into practical digital product and system requirements.
- Support initiatives across Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or comparable platforms.
- Analyse current-state workflows, business processes, data models, configurations, and system capabilities.
- Recommend improvements that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, scalability, and system usability.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, engineering teams, and vendors to ensure requirements are implementation-ready.
- Define integration requirements across CRM, digital platforms, ERP, inventory, contact centre, POS, and service systems.
- Document system dependencies, data flows, business rules, and integration touchpoints.
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics related to customer experience, service performance, product adoption, and operational health.
- Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Support UAT planning, test scenario definition, test case creation, execution, defect validation, and business sign-off.
- Create dashboards, reports, process documentation, journey maps, diagrams, wireframes, and other analytical or product artefacts.
- Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and real-world customer and operational needs.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate requirements analysis, discovery, documentation, prototyping, and iteration.
- Support rapid experimentation and lightweight prototyping to validate ideas before significant development investment.
- Promote clear communication, collaboration, speed, and continuous improvement across product teams.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT• 7–9 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Consultant, or similar role supporting digital products, CRM platforms, or enterprise systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, with exposure to Sales, Service, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or comparable capabilities.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business analysis, documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process modelling.
- Proven ability to translate complex business problems into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum product development and delivery methodologies.
- Experience analysing customer journeys, business processes, operational workflows, and digital experiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and parallel workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Automotive Fixed Ops / service operations experience is highly desirable.
- Understanding of automotive service scheduling, repair-order lifecycle, technician workflows, dealer/OEM operations, parts, warranty, roadside assistance, and customer care processes is an advantage.
- Experience understanding integrations between CRM, ERP, inventory, warranty, parts, POS, and customer communication platforms is preferred.
- Experience with customer-facing web, mobile, digital commerce, or enterprise applications is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, or similar product and collaboration tools.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, CPQ, or Revenue Cloud are desirable.
- Strong journey-mapping, process-modelling, visual-thinking, and whiteboarding skills.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional Product and Engineering teams.
- Exposure to AI-assisted product discovery, requirements analysis, documentation, prototyping, or business analysis is an advantage.
