This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager, Falcon Exposure Management based in the United States.

This is a high-impact product marketing leadership role focused on shaping the strategy and go-to-market execution for an advanced cybersecurity exposure management solution. You will define category positioning, develop differentiated messaging, and translate complex security capabilities into compelling customer and business outcomes. Working across product, sales, marketing, communications, digital, and executive teams, you will drive alignment and accelerate awareness, adoption, and pipeline. The role requires deep expertise in exposure management and adjacent cybersecurity categories, combined with exceptional storytelling and market insight. You will lead launches, strategic initiatives, thought leadership, web strategy, and field enablement in a fast-moving and highly visible environment. As a senior individual contributor, you will have significant influence over how the market understands emerging security challenges and solutions. Accountabilities:

  • Define and advance the market positioning and category leadership strategy for exposure management, developing a clear point of view on market evolution, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Create differentiated positioning and messaging that connects complex cybersecurity capabilities with tangible customer outcomes, business value, and risk reduction.
  • Partner closely with product management and technical marketing teams to develop high-quality messaging, content, enablement materials, and customer-facing narratives.
  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, new capabilities, strategic initiatives, and market-facing programs.
  • Collaborate with demand generation, analyst relations, public relations, digital, field marketing, sales, and enablement teams to drive awareness, adoption, pipeline, and field effectiveness.
  • Guide the development of thought leadership, core marketing content, market education materials, and internal assets that strengthen customer understanding and sales readiness.
  • Shape the exposure management web strategy in partnership with digital and broader marketing teams.
  • Work closely with sales, alliances, and enablement organizations to ensure field teams have the positioning, messaging, tools, and insights required to engage buyers effectively.
  • Bring a strong perspective on buyer personas, journeys, market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging cybersecurity priorities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align product marketing priorities with long-term business objectives and category strategy.
  • Use AI technologies and tools to improve product marketing efficiency, accelerate workflows, support decision-making, uncover insights, and scale high-quality execution.
  • Balance long-term strategic initiatives with hands-on execution across multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of experience in product marketing, technical product marketing, product management, cybersecurity, enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or a closely related field.
  • Deep expertise in Exposure Management and adjacent cybersecurity categories such as vulnerability management, External Attack Surface Management (EASM), cloud security, identity security, risk prioritization, or security operations.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity customers, buyer journeys, market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and emerging industry trends.
  • Demonstrated success developing differentiated positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for technical or complex products.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to make sophisticated technical concepts accessible and compelling.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder-influence skills, with the ability to work effectively across product, sales, marketing, communications, and executive organizations.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with rigorous execution, managing multiple priorities while maintaining quality and business impact.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership in fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly visible environments.
  • Genuine passion for cybersecurity and a well-informed perspective on how exposure management and the broader security market are evolving.
  • Experience creating customer-facing and internal content that supports awareness, adoption, demand generation, market education, and field success.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI technologies to improve productivity, streamline workflows and processes, enhance decision-making, and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience in a high-growth, startup, high-tech, or publicly traded environment is a plus.
  • A technical or software engineering background is advantageous but not required.
  • A hands-on, lead-by-example mindset, with a willingness to contribute directly and take ownership regardless of task or level.
